Uhmm... So it looks interesting, but I have some trust issues:

Did he use Comic Sans in his description?

So he rebuilt this thing, but he doesn't know what breaks brakes are?

And it just needs one or two things to be finished and then it will be all road worthy and legal...

So I'm thinking this is probably something that while cool and interesting is best viewed from afar.

Okay, I actually like it. I would ditch the spoiler, the horridly square side markers, the pick-up truck door handle on the front hatch (wtf?). New wheels and tires, nice paint job and I think you might have something there that would turn heads for the right reason.
